Anybody can clean an office, carpet or floor, but not everyone cares about your building like FROST JANITORIAL, Inc. We have been in the industry for over twenty years and have been trained and educated through various conferences and training certificate services by large janitorial firms and sanitary supply companies. Through trial and error, we have perfected a system of Management that we call On Site Management (OSM).
We have developed OSM from the perspective of the Property Manager, Site Facilitator, Maintenance Head, and various Office Managers who lease the various office(s) in a given building facility. Our main question is: every morning, what do these men and women see when they arrive to work? This also means that we demand On Site Accountability (OSA). This is our weekly walkthrough/inspection with the designated office manager and/or Property Manager. If we are doing our job correctly, this does not take any longer than 10-25 minutes a week.
With both OSM and OSA (both developed by our own team), we have assured ourselves and the Property Management team that 1. We are performing to general specifications, and 2. If any problems/complaints arise, we are on it that night to insure compliance from there on out.
We have cleaned millions of square feet per night and can handle any job, big or small. No problem!
